1. The Enquiry
It all starts with you reaching out. Whether you’re off on holiday, heading away for work, or simply need support during a busy week, you can contact us via our website or Instagram. We’ll check availability, answer any initial questions, and guide you through the next steps.
2. The Meet & Greet
Before any booking, we arrange a free meet and greet. This is our chance to:
- Meet you and your cat(s) in person
- Understand their routine (feeding, litter, medication, playtime)
- Take note of quirks, habits, and favourite toys
- Collect vet details and emergency contacts
It also gives your cat the opportunity to meet us on their own terms, so our visits feel calm and familiar from the very start.
3. Tailored Visits
Every visit is designed around your cat’s needs and personality.
Standard visits are 20–30 minutes and typically include:
- Fresh food and water
- Litter tray cleaning
- Playtime, fuss, and cuddles (if your cat enjoys it)
- Grooming and/or medication if required
- Quick home care (post, bins, curtains, lights, plants)
For multiple cats, we recommend booking a minimum of 45 minutes so each one gets the attention they deserve.
If you need vet transport and support, we ask for a minimum of 30 minutes either side of the appointment to ensure everything runs smoothly without stress.
4. Updates & Peace of Mind
