For outdoor explorers, we’ve also included breakaway collars with bells for added safety.

Yes! Place your order at least 48 hours before your visit and we’ll make sure your sitter brings it along. Simply select the “Drop Off with My Sitter” option at checkout.

Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. We’ll send you an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Local drop-off is available if you have a cat sitting appointment booked.
Yes! We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £25. For orders under £25, a small delivery charge applies, which will be calculated at checkout. If you’ve got a cat sitting visit booked, you can also choose our free local drop-off option - just select it at checkout and your sitter will bring your order along.
